Terms and Conditions
Conditions that apply to purchases made on the Create Fashion Brand online shop.
1. Orders
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. Shipping
Blanks orders are exported within 24 hours on business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Customized and bespoke items cannot be returned.
4. Custom and bespoke production
Custom and bespoke projects follow a specific quote, sample approval and production schedule agreed with our team.
